technology to the high growth markets of MEMS, biomedical microfluidics, inkjet print heads, semiconductor, and nano imprint lithography (NIL)

• Molecular Vapor Deposition (MVD®) enables low temperature vapor deposition for anti-stiction, hydrophobic, hydrophilic, biocompatible, protective, or reactive coatings
