This device , designed and Made In India, saves time in mounting the shafts on to the cylinders in an automated way. The trolley can be wheeled in between the gravure press stations , cylinder rolled

out of press on to trolley, wheeled away and cones unscrewed with the assistance of air wrench and then mounted with the new

cylinder on new shafts. In addition to quick cylinder change , the other advantages are longer life of printing cylinders , as bore/taper

is protected from damage, as well as shaft .Better printing and mounting is now possible with proper tightening of the screws.
