He also attends a three-day conference for public sector finance directors, but misses the last day and consequently finds it difficult to stay on top of the initiative’s progress.

6. WATCHES CONFERENCE VIDEOSEventually he notices a link in the footer and discovers that each speaker has been recorded in full so attempts to watch them but is frustrated to find that he cannot stream media at work. He sends the links to private email so he can watch them at home.
