The start for the transition dinner comprises of a Medley of Tomato donated from a local tomato grow, who would have only recycled these tomatoes through landfill, as the supermarket, don’t want misshaped tomatoes

A selection of home produced Canapés for 1100 people at the flower festival, Chichester Cathedral 2010, The planning for this event would have started in 2008 with food tasting, menu and theme concept, I used students for a local college to help produce the canapés on the day, The total number of canapés served in 3 hours would be 9000 pieces
