Grew Canteen Corrections from 2 accounts to 69 accounts when I left

Opened C Burns Consulting

Developed food proposals for Guam, Virgin Islands companies

Brand Emergency Boxed Meals for Harvest Farms

JAIL FOOD SERVICE IN THE OLD DAYS……

The Sheriff’s wife generally provided the food for the inmates.

If she was a good cook…….everybody won!

If she wasn’t....they all ate a lot of burnt biscuits!

SO WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

4:30 in the morning to 7:00 at night

Inmates are served three meals a day

2500 calories as an average

No more than 14 hours from supper to breakfast

I HAVE ALL THIS PAPERWORK

WHO I AM….

I weighed 4 pounds 4 ½ ounces

My Dad died when I was 10

Home life was pretty rough

Got married at 17 to get out of the house

Graduated from Coleman High School

Divorced at 27

I raised two sons as a single parent

Chris is a Neurological ICU Specialist

Jeremy is a Project Manager at Ford

I have 8 Grandchildren

My Grandson lived with me for his senior year so he could graduate. He was living in his car before that

I’ve been fired twice

EVERYBODY HAS GOOD DAYS AND BAD DAYS….
