DESCRIPTION

UXPA 2013 Annual Conference Friday July 12, 2013 1:30pm - 2:30pm by Katherine Campbell User-centered design is normally associated with computers, mobile devices and the web. Referencing my past experiences working with two of the Smithsonian’s hands-on spaces, I will examine what it means to craft a positive user experience and how that relates to nontraditional disciplines such as museum exhibits and educational centers. I will encourage you to look at user experience design through a different lens and approach projects with a fresh perspective.
