Achieving Your Goals in

9 Simple Steps

1. Think of big picture life goals, then break

them down into smaller goals

While defining your goals make sure they are specific, meaningful, attainable, rewarding, and able to be tracked.

2. Define your goal

Some ideas for making goals include: career, volunteering, pleasure, finances, attitude, physical/health, and family

3. Make steps you can do every day, week, or month to help you achieve your goal

4. Write it all down, small step by small step, and set an achievable deadline!

Put this somewhere you see it everyday

Grab the bull by the horns

5.GO OUT THERE AND DO IT!!!

6. Keep track of your progress daily

7. Don’t get discouraged from a challenge

8. Reward yourself often and especially when you achieve your goal!

9. CELEBRATE!!! (and start planning for your next goal to conquer!)
