Approximately 128 rock chip sampl es have been coll ected a1 ong the Black Wonder s t ruc ture t o characterize the extensiveness and degree of gold mineralization in the Black Wonder s t ructure , as well as t h a t of the adjacent quartz-calcite veined hanging wall and footwall. The samples were analyzed f o r gold "only" by Chemex Labs and the resu l t s plotted on a lU=200' scal e map (encl osed) . Geol oqy

Mr. Mike Winston, a contract geologist employed by Reynolds Metals, has geologically mapped the Black Wonder s t ructure in the SE 1/4 Sec. 31 and the extreme southern portion of Sec. 32, T20N, R20W. This mapping emphasized the lithology and s t ructural geology of t h i s portion of the project a n d i s plotted a t a scale of 1"=200t. This map i s currently being drafted and will be supplied t o Black Wonder Mines a t a l a t e r date.

Drill inq

Based on the r e su l t s of t h e geochemical sampling and geologic mapping, Mr. Mike Winston prepared a d r i l l i ng program tha t would t e s t the Black Wonder s t ructure . This plan was submitted and approved by the Bureau of Land Management in Kingman, Arizona and the Arizona Department o f Water Resources i n Phoenix.

Hackworth Dri 11 i ng Company, headquartered in El ko, Nevada, was awarded the Black Wonder property d r i l l ing contrac t . Reverse c i r c u l a t i o n d r i l l i n g u t i l i z i n g a track-mounted Schramm C-560 d r i l l r i g , was i n i t i a t e d on May 5, 1992 and completed on May 29, 1992. During t h i s program, 15 holes t o t a l i n g 5380 f e e t , were completed. A summary o f t h i s d r i l l i n g program i s shown below.

As we discussed in person ea r l i e r in March, i t would be very convenient for Reynolds t o temporarily s tore d r i l l samples on your property in Sec. 5, T19N, R20W in Mohave County, Arizona.

We plan t o d r i l l as soon as a l l permitting i s complete, hopefully in l a t e April t o early May. Fifteen t o twenty holes are planned over a wide area. This i s estimated t o take 20 t o 30 days t o complete. The sample cutt ings will be sealed in heavy d u t y p las t ic bags and will contain no hazardous 1 iquids or materials.

The roughly 1500 samples will be picked u p by Chemex Labs in Tucson in 2 or 3 t r i p s , so t ha t we can get quick turnaround on assays and t o avoid overloading t h e i r 1 ton truck. This will a lso assure you of minimal disturbance.
