Except as may otherwise be described, labor and materials for the Work hereinafter shall conform to all requirements of the original Contract Documents. Answers to Bidder’s Questions Received 5/24/17:
1. There is a note in the cabinet specification saying that the cabinetry wood needs to be fire-rated. Please verify that this is desired, as it is more expensive.
Response: The fire-retardant millwork wood is only required for the wall panels, not the cabinets.
2. Per our conversation on-site, please clarify that the Freezer, Refrigerator, Coffee Makers, TVs, Etc. are to be provided by the county and installed by the contractor.
Response: Items furnished by the County & Installed by the Contractor:

3. As we looked at the MDF room, it became apparent that the "roof system" designed will not fit/work with the existing piping/conduit/wiring/etc. in the way. Please clarify how this is to be accomplished. Response: The drip pan/ roofing panel will need to be fitted underneath existing wiring, conduit, sprinkler piping, etc. as much as possible. The panel can be cut to divert water toward the mechanical room floor where obstructed. The design intent is for as much of the area above the room along the south MDF wall receives protection from pipe condensation above. See attached sheet A2.00.
4. Per our site conversation, please clarify what items will need to be salvaged to the owner, and where the owner will retrieve the items (on-site or elsewhere). Response: The large coat check and concessions booths, merchandise cabinets, and other millwork cabinets shall be demolished and removed by contractor. See attached revised sheet AD2.01.
Architectural Revisions:
Sheet A2.00 – Added temporary screened fencing to North Plaza area. Sheet AD2.01 – Revised demolition notes at ground floor lobby. Sheet A3.51 – The location of the speakers at the concrete columns clarified. End of Addendum #2
