Mathew B. Brady was a famous Civil war Photographer

Mathew B. Brady took many civil war photos of the war and the men that fought in the war.

He took many of the war to show the by standers what those men

have to go through in order to fight in the war.

Mathew B. Brady’s Life

When Brady was sixteen he came to New York.

He took a job as a store clerk. He also studied photography under a

number of teachers, Samuel F.B. Morse.

Brady had found out he was a natural at photography. This photo is of Honest Abe that

was taken by Brady.

This first photo was taken during the Civil war along with the three others, he is one of the Civil war generals.
