Your EC home is your place to relax and recharge, and it’s important you feel 100% comfortable. That’s why we have accommodation options to suit your personal priorities.
If comfort or budget is your priority, you can choose from the following ranges:
standard
comfort superior
This option offers great value for money for the budget-conscious student. This is our mid-range accommodation, offering a higher level of comfort. Our premium range is for those seeking well-appointed accommodation and ideal for our 30+ students.
If location is the most important factor to you, we have options close to school and the heart of the city. Look out for these icons on our destination pages to see the best way to travel from each accommodation to school:

WELCOME HOME
BEGIN YOUR EXPERIENCE FROM HOME Before arrival We know how valuable your time is and how important it is to feel prepared. With EC Online you can access materials and start learning as soon as you book with us. You can also test your level, and share your goals and motivations, so we can prepare too.
A PERSONAL WELCOME Arrival at your accommodation If you have booked Homestay accommodation, you will arrive to a warm welcome from your host. If you choose a residence option, an EC representative will be on hand to make sure you are fully settled. You will feel 100% at home before school on Monday.
BREAK THE ICE BEFORE DAY ONE First Sunday activitiesYou can join in with a number of activities on the Sunday before school begins. These could include brunch, a city tour and a typical local dinner – all while getting to know the EC team and your fellow students. You will receive your invite to the activities two weeks before you arrive.
THE ORANGE CARPET PREMIERE First day at school We give the best possible welcome. Refreshments, music and 100% of our team's attention creates a comfortable VIP environment on your first day. A short orientation talk is followed by lessons introducing learning at EC and local life.
LEARNING TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS Personalised throughout We know the most important part of your experience is your learning! We will analyse your individual performance and give you a customised plan. You can access your learning plan at any time on EC Online, and use it to track and measure your progress.

REAL, TANGIBLE OUTCOMES Achieve practical resultsWith the EC Guarantee you can be sure of your success with us. And because you will take Oxford University Press’ Online Test at the beginning and end of your journey with us, you can also be confident that your progress is externally validated.
EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW MEETING Preparing next stepsTwo weeks before you leave us, you will have an optional one-to-one meeting to discuss your whole experience and plan for the future. You can also tell us how we can make your last two weeks pass as productively and smoothly as possible.
THE FAREWELL EVENT Reflection & celebrationIn this informal 'goodbye' event, you will reflect on your achievements and experiences with your teacher and classmates. You will receive your certificate, take photos with your friends, and celebrate your accomplishments.

Students must maintain a valid visa status and their course will be terminated without a valid visa.

If a visa application is rejected and we receive written evidence at least 7 days prior to arrival, we will refund the fees received in full, less any bank charges and any non-refundable fees (tuition fee 150USD (US only), registration fee, courier fees and bank charges).
- A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 week of accommodation and tuition in addition to non- refundable charges (above) will apply if we receive written evidence of visa rejection fewer than 7 days prior to arrival.
