Background/Raonale

Purpose

The integraon of palliave care (PC) in educaon programmes is a crucial component of health systemstrengthening and is emphasised in the WHA PC resoluon (2014)1. The Toolkit is intended to guide those involved in curriculum planning and delivery. It does not focus oneducaonal theory. It is aimed at integrang palliave care into exisng educaonal frameworks.
