That order to issue in Cause CDNo. 201401306-T will establish a 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unitfor the Mississippian, Woodford andHunton common sources of supply un-derlying Section 26, Township 15 North,Range 7 West, Kingfisher County, Okla-homa. For the Mississippian and Huntoncommon sources of supply such ordershall require that the completion lateralof a horizontal well drilled in a horizontalwell unit shall be located not less than660 feet from the unit boundary. For theWoodford common source of supply thecompletion lateral of a horizontal welldrilled in a horizontal well unit shall belocated not less than 165 feet from anynorth/south unit boundary and not lessthan 330 feet from any east/west unitboundary.

The entire length of the lateral will becemented such that the perforations willbe isolated from the beginning and endpoint of the lateral in order to protect thecorrelative rights of the offset units.

The Applicant in this cause statesthat there is currently pending before theCommission in Cause CD No.201401307-T an application of Applicantrequesting the Commission to approvethe multiunit horizontal well involvedherein and to establish a proper alloca-tion factor for allocating the cost of andthe production and proceeds from suchmultiunit horizontal well to each of theunits affected thereby.

The “land sections adjacent to thearea within the location exception” re-quested herein in Section 26 in regard tothe subsurface location tolerance areasdescribed above are Sections 23, 24, 25,36 and 35, Township 15 North, Range 7West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.The other “land sections” surroundingSection 26 are Sections 22, 27 and 34,Township 15 North, Range 7 West, King-fisher County, Oklahoma.

That the Applicant be permitted todrill and produce said well at said loca-tion for the Mississippian, Woodfordand Hunton common sources of supplywithout any downward allowable adjust-ments and designate Applicant or someother party as operator.

Approving a multiunit horizontal wellin the 640-acre horizontal drilling andspacing units formed for the Mississip-pian, Woodford and Hunton separatecommon sources of supply in Sections26 and 35, Township 15 North, Range 7West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma soas to allow such multiunit horizontal wellto be drilled as described below and to becompleted in and to produce hydrocar-bons from the above-named separatecommon sources of supply and estab-lishing of a proper allocation factor forallocating the cost of and the productionand proceeds from such multiunit hori-zontal well to each of the affected unitscovered hereby.

Granting such other and further reliefas may be proper based upon the evi-dence presented at the hearing herein.The legal descriptions of the land sec-tions adjacent to the area within whichthe location exception lies are Sections21, 23, 22, 27, 34, 36, 25 and 24, Town-ship 15 North, Range 7 West, KingfisherCounty, Oklahoma and Sections 3, 2 and1, Township 14 North, Range 7 West,Canadian County, Oklahoma.
