What is a fiduciary?Simply stated, an investment advisor who, by law, put their clients’ interests ahead of their own.It requires advisors to act in good faith and provide a full disclosure of fees, commissions or potential conflicts of interest.Many ‘brokers’ and representatives of big banks, unfortunately, are required to put the interests of their employers ahead of clients. • What is the philosophy on passive vs active management?

• Can they define risk and articulate how it’s measured and managed?

5. How Will You Track My Progress?

As the markets and your life changes will your advisor adapt and change your financial plan?

Will your advisor help you to figure out where you stand in achieving your financial goals?

Can he/she help answer the question, “Am I on track to achieve my goals and if not what can I do to get there?”
