• Sep., 2003- KCC implemented a CDMA 2000 1x network in 450 MHz

• May, 2004- KCC included LBS services

• Jun., 2004- KCC will also provide GoTa services

• Dec., 2004: subscribers will increase to 24,000 with ARPU of $ 30 USD/Month
