TeamsatIIHFWorldChampionships.- TocreatecohesionandastandardofdressbefittingofaNewZealandrepresentative.- Asacost-cuttingmeasure,toensurethatoff-iceuniformsaresimilar/sameindesignthroughtheagegrades.

AlllogosusedinthisUniformPolicyarecopyrightandtrademarkprotectedbytheNewZealandIceHockeyFederation.

Off-IceUniformPolicyNationalTeamOff-IceUniformisissuedthroughtheTeam,andispurchasedbytheplayer.Theplayermustkeepthisuniformincleancondition,andcankeeptheuniformattheconclusionoftheWorldChampionshipseason.ThepredominantcolourofallNZuniformistobeblack.GreyT-shirtscanbeproduced.Blackmustbethedominantcolourforalltracksuits,hoodies,polotopsandother‘moreformal’off-iceuniform.Off-iceuniformaremeanttobeusedthroughtheagegradeNationalTeams,andcanconsistof:
