• Have quick & easy snacks on hand. • Quick & healthy options:• Fresh or dried fruit• Rice cakes• Whole wheat crackers• Unbuttered popcorn• Trail mix contain nuts, oats, raisins, etc.• Yogurt• Vegetables-carrot or celery sticks

• As college students it’s inevitable were going to be eating out.• Making wise decisions.

Tip 10: Enjoy What you Eat

• Food does a lot more than nourish our bodies• Enjoy what you eat• Find what works for you• Everything is fine in moderation
