2012 to 18-07-2012 at College.
b. Independence Day:-
On 15-08-2012, the independence day celebrated at the college campus, NSS students
organized “Shramadana” to clean up the campus.
c. 46 Students of our College attended “Vishawa manava Cultural Programme” held
at Mysore. from 30-08-2012 to 02-09-2012.
d. On17/10/2012 Inaguaration of different forums of the college cultural forum, sports and
NSS units inaugural by Sri C.T Ravi, Minister for Higher Education. Government of
Karnataka.
e. 26 Students participated in Shayadhri Utsava at Kuvempu University from 19-10-
2012 to 21-10-2012
f. From 08-10-2012 to 9-10-2012 Islam Pragathipara Vedhike conducted Cultural
Competition at Mountain view College Chikmagalur and our students participate
own the Ist Place in the Mime Compitation.
g. On 22-01-2013 our student participated Kala Prathibotsava and Staged Drama
and Own the 3rd

h. On 23-01-2013 Rangothri of Bengalore conducted Drama competation and our

i. On 09-02-2013, Sir, M .V College Bhadravathi conduceted Gazzel competition and

Educationist of Bangalore addressed our student.
NSS Activities:-
The NSS volunteers belonging to Two NSS Units of the college are very eager to uphold
the importance of service in the society. Thus they involved happily in all the extension
programmes of the college towards the positive growth of the society.
Annual Special camp under the campaign title “Healthy Youth for Healthy India”
was conducted from27.02.2013 to05.03.2013 in the village Allampura 5 Kms away from
Chikkamagalur. In the camp many community programmes were conducted by the
students.
Special lectures were organised on various topics for the benefit of both Students as
well as the villagers. A lecture
