Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani and Sheikha Moza Bin Nasser Al-Mesnad followed an effective policy in order to build a great country, civilization and culture. The aim was to build up a human who is able to create miracles and do what is good for himself and his country. Thus, their highnesses took care of the people and look after them and tried to satisfy their needs to provide good living standards. Their highnesses looked after all the people, especially, the people with special needs. Thus, because their highnesses believe that the people with special needs are able to learn, to be mainstreamed, and serve the country like others. Many great projects and institutes in this field have been opened. One of these greatest institutes in this field is Al-Noor Institute.
