Cases of non elligibility
1. Proposals arriving after the date and time specified in the call concerned will be excluded.
2. Proposals not satisfying the conditions relating to the minimum of participants indicated in the call concerned will be excluded.
3. In case of successive submissions of the same proposal for an indirect RTD action, the Commission will examine the last version received before the closure date.
4. If the same proposal is submitted in paper and electronic format, the Commission will only examine the text submitted under the electronic format.
5. Proposals submitted by email or by fax will be excluded.
Specific cases submitted to the Commission
At the end of each closure of proposals EPSS send a report explaining the problems met. During the last call TI-3-Main, we had the following cases to solve :
• Proposal submitted in wrong call• Proposals submitted on-line but the coordinator oversight to press the
submit button• The coordinator had no time to upload the different parts of the proposal in the system for different reasons and sent them by email after the closure time• They change the content of the proposal just before the closure time and had no time to upload the new version and sent it by email.
On 12 cases presented, 5 have been accepted by a committee of eligibility composed of 2 lawyers of the Commission, an expert in EPSS knowing the different situations and the system, and the call coordinator.
