+. A clean dry beaker has been taken,followed by putting ! ml of milk intoit and adding ! ml of saturatedammonium sulphate solution slowlyand with stirring. "at along with Casein

was precipitate out.. #he solution was $ltered andtransferred the precipitates in anotherbeaker.Added about %! ml of water tothe precipitate.&nly Casein dissol'es in water formingmilky solution lea'ing fat undissol'ed

%. #he milky solution was heated toabout (!oC and add 1) acetic acidsolution drop*wise, when casein gotprecipitated.(. "iltered the precipitate, washed

with water and the precipitate wasallowed to dry.+. eighed the dry solid mass in apre'iously weighed watch glass.
