Student Information Guide
AMITY online examination system offers their Distance & Online students flexibility of
giving examination at designated centers or a preferred location of their choice through
online proctoring. Student can give examination by two methods mentioned below
(A) Centre Based Examination :- Step 1: Book your Online Examination at
www.amityonline.com

Book your desired Slot
0930 IST to 1130 IST*
1200 IST to 1400 IST*
1430 IST to 1630 IST*
1700 IST to 1900 IST*
Examination Centre
*IST Indian Standard Time
Generate Admit Card and check for information correctness
Print Admit Card / carry a soft copy in your Smart Phone

Step 2: Pre- Checklist for Examination
Confirm Centre address and slot timing from your admit card
Print Copy of Admit Card/ carry a soft copy in your Smart Phone.
Step 3: Online Examination Process
1. Report 15 minutes prior to your scheduled slot at your designated examination
center
2. Check your PC and request Centre Coordinator to provide you the assigned
access key.
3. Login and put your access key to start the exam.
4. Examination will start and stop as per scheduled slot in your Admit card.
5. If candidate is delayed by 15 or more minutes after the commencement of
examination, he/she will not be allowed to take the examination. (B) Online Proctoring Step 1: Book your Online proctored Examination at www.amityonline.com

Only option 1 is permissible ; in other cases you may be debarred from
exam for mal practices.
Examination Scheme
Question paper will be divided into three parts on the following format:
1. Part – A: Student to attempt two out of four questions given. Answers to be typed in the space provided. Each question carries five marks Part – B: Case study followed by five MCQs of two marks each (All to be Attempted)
Part – C : 50 MCQs of one mark each (All to be attempted) 2. Total marks allotted : 70
3. Time allotted : 120 minutes
4. No negative marking
5. No extra time beyond the time specified for the chosen slot for latecomers.
