Project is completed under guidance professor Prashant Bhardwaj Project involve basics of mechanical, electronics and computer science engineering Project deal with opening and closing of speed breaker according to need of user,

Opening and closing is governed by printed circuit board design with the help of assembly langauge Dc motor and mechanical bearing is also used It will be vary helpful is developing automatic traffic system.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING (SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM)

1. six sigma training 4 week from 25january to 20 February ,2016 by RGGI MEERUT

Training program was organized by project India in our campus under the guidance of Professor Ikram Hussain

Understanding total quality management and six sigma

Implementing its concept in manufacturing industry Reviewing the result Improving system if required Calculating defect per million opportunity and six sigma level is find out with the help of six sigma calculator

2) INNTERNSHIP AT DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE WORKS, VARANASI FROM 19 JANUARY TO 7 FEBRUARY,2015

pipe bending and fitting workshop learned about bending ,thread cutting ,welding and hobbing of hollow pipe of various diameter

depending upon its uses

welding shop learned about various type of welding shielded metal arc welding (smaw),submerged arc welding

(saw), resistance welding, unconventional welding technique like laser cutting upto 4mm and under water plasma cutting

upto 16mm

Bogie assembly learned about wheel axel assembly and brake rigging assembly interference fit is used in the wheel & axel assembly ,life of interference fit is more then 20 years while fitting temperature is increased to ensure perfect interlocking.

Engine testing learned about testing of engine, consist of lubrication oil testing ,water testing and load testing with no load 3 to 5 times duration 10 to 30 minutes at 400 rpm intermediate 10 to 12 run of 30 minutes duration from 400 to 1000rpm

2) Alstom company 4 week of industrial training from 23 June to 20 july 14 worked with safety department ,in the first two week learned about safety tool used in manufacturing and

production industry, Tools like helmet, belt ,jacket ,gloves, goggle and ear plug. In the remaining two week worked in material handling for maximum utilization and waste management ,by

recycling the generated waste.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Won several titles in Mechanical society of RGGI(069).

Actively participated in workshop for engine mechanics organized by ROBOSAPIENS technolgy pvt.
