Crisp and minerally, with a green apple undertone. Lightly frothy,tight and very clean. Leaves a fresh aftertaste. Very typical.

Champagne Jacques Picard 750ml, France 850.000Richly textured and firm, this bubbly exhibits honey, butteredpastry and citrus notes. Has a smooth center, with a chalkysensation on the finish.

Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Ros 750ml, France 2.200.000Medium-bodied, intense and sinewy, this has a racy structurepropelling its strawberry, black currant and mineral flavors. Lovelybalance and harmony, with a lingering, chalky aftertaste.

Champagne Cuvee Amuor de Deutz - Blanc 750ml, France 4.500.000The wine gains distinct yeasty notes from its secondaryfermentation, the one that adds the fizz, which is typicallydescribed as recalling brioche or bread. As it ages Champagnetends to lose its obvious fruit, which is replaced by subtle nuttytones and subdued elements of dried fruits.

Jim Barry 'Silly Mid-On' Smillon Sauvignon Blanc, Clare Valley, Australia 690.000The palate is full and ripe, with a veritable fruit salad of flavours,including mango and lime, peach and pear, passionfruit andquince.

Brokenwood Smillon, Hunter Valley, Australia 790.000Tart, with bright lemon, melon and pear flavors on a tangy

balance. The fruit persists nicely on the finish.

Rockford Smillon, Barossa Valley, Australia 850.000The deep color and complex aromas reflect significant bottleage and should get better with more time. Flavors center onlemon, pineapple and overtones of freshly cut hay.

GEWURZTRAMINER

finish. There's a nice interplay of sweet and tart.

nectarine and almond. Short, clean finish.

MOSCATO

CHENIN BLANC

cherry and smoky, creamy grace notes. Finishes with welcomeintensity.

Vasse Felix Cabernet Merlot, Margaret River, Australia 850.000The bouquet has a mix of blackberry, spicy, cedary aromas, the

palate with cassis fruit at its core which has opened up its

inherent sweetness; subtle oak, fine tannins and a long, gentlyspicy finish.

Chteau Citran, Haut Medoc, France 1.200.000Shows blackberry and currant aromas, with a hint of sweet

tobacco. Full-bodied, with soft, silky tannins and a long, fruityfinish. A pretty wine.

Yalumba 'The Menzies' Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawara, Australia 1.600.000Lithe, generous and deftly balanced to play its ripe blackberryand currant flavors against hints of wet earth and bay leaf. The

finish slides elegantly through refined tannins and a hint of

charred meat.

Chteau Chasse-Spleen, Moulis en Medoc, France 2.200.000Big and chewy. Impressive. Dark ruby-colored, with cocoa,coffee and chocolate aromas covered by ripe fruit. Full-bodiedand very rich, showing lots of chewy tannins and a long, roastedcoffee and berry aftertaste.

B.P de Rothschild Almaviva, Concha Y Toro, Chile 4.000.000Dense but racy, thanks to plenty of fine-grained tannins thatcarry the shaved vanilla bean, black currant paste, fig and loamnotes through a superlong finish. Additional tobacco and cedar

hints chime in on the finish. Really well-built, showing a Maipoprofile with a Bordeaux-like structure.

Margaret River Art Series Shiraz, Australia 1.200.000The mild to warm growing season encouraged good, evenflavour development and retention while a burst of hot weatherin March ripened the tannins and produced berries withexceptional flavour and intensity.

oak notes weave through the streamlined tannins, and spicinesslingers.

Deloach O.F.S Pinot Noir Russian River Valley, USA 1.500.000This superb example of russian river valley pinot noir was createdcompletely by hand in small open top fermentors using native

yeasts. The wine was then aged in the finest burgurdian barrels.

PINOTAGE

The Winery of Good Hope Pinotage, Stellenbosch, South Africa 590.000Open-knit, with plum, briar and spice notes. A briary edge takesover on the medium-weight finish.
