In accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 70.72(d)(2) and Nuclear RegulatoryCommission Materials License Conditions 1 6.c.ii (SNM-7003) and 24.c.ii (SNM-201 1), AmericanCentrifuge Operating, LLC hereby submits a brief summary of the changes required by 10 CFR70.62(a)(2) for facility changes made during calendar year 2015. Enclosure 1 provides the summaryof facility changes for both the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility and American CentrifugePlant.

Description of Change:Bolted together a 4 inch flange with gasket on the existing flange; installeda short nipple onto the 4 inch flange; reduced down the opening from 4inch to 1.5 inch; added a nipple; and installed a 1.5 inch ball valve.

Reason for the Change:When filling the expansion tank, the vent line requires a thorough seal toensure a pressurized air bubble is maintained in the expansion tank. Thisbubble is established by completely draining the expansion tank with thevent valve open, then closing the vent valve prior to filling. The currentisolation valve is a 4 inch gate valve which can easily leak if not seatedproperly. A 1.5 inch bail valve will allow sufficient venting of the expansiontank and will also provide a better isolation to prevent air leakage.
