Booking in the American Accounting Program

Every day new Members and Loyalty Merchants discover the numerous advantages of this

new idea. LYONESS currently has over 1,500,000 Members and Loyalty Merchants in Europe

(as of: January 2011) who are working together very effectively. With more than 18,500

Loyalty Merchants in Europe practically all sectors are already covered, and this shopping

network is constantly growing. The powerful entry into the million dollar online shopping

market in 2009 also brought LYONESS Members even more shopping possibilities.

Entry into the American Market:

Our Goal in the coming years is to build up a foundation of Members and Loyalty Merchants

in America (starting with North America: Canada, USA and Mexico) and to offer our Members

the unique country and sector spanning LYONESS advantages. The booking in the Continental

American Accounting Program offers an additional possibility for LYONESS Premium Members

to participate in future American purchasing volume.

The booking is made in rows from top to bottom, just like for the weekly booking of American

Bonus Units for existing and future Members.

Precondition: Exclusively for Premium Members. Your Gift Card Down Payment will be booked

within the American Accounting Program. The basic Formula for the Gift Card Down Payment

remains unchanged. (Down Payment/Partial Payment + Top-Up Payment /Remaining Amount

Booking RulesTo establish the order of Units, an American Ranking List was created. This means that the date (and time) when the order was received in the LYONESS offi ce, as well

as the date (and time) of the payment are the important factors. You will be placed in the Ranking List (order of Units) according to these two criteria (when order and

payment was received).
