Advantages of Democracy• People have power – voting• People help make decisions• People have their voices heard• People have more freedoms/rights

Advantages of Dictatorship • Decisions are made quickly • Some people don’t like to make their own decisions• Dictator is stringent (strict) on rules, regulations, penalties, punishments and rewards

Disadvantages of Democracy • Decisions can take a long time to make – debating• Systems can be complicated • Majority rule – what about minority? Minority abuse?
