The Plaintiff, ELLENBETH W ACHS ("WACHS") hereby sues A THEISTS OF FLORIDA,INC, NAN OWENS, EDWARD GOLLOBITH, JUDY ADKINS, JAMES PETERSON, andERIC HUSBY and as grounds therefore alleges as follows:This action concerns the Defendant' s obligation under Florida Statutes Chapter 617, Sections617.0831 and 617.0834 and under the Defendant Organization's bylaws.

1 This action seeks damages, declaratory and injunctive relief.2 Specifically, WACHS seeks an order declaring the Defendant Atheists of Florida to be

the sole obligor on the judgment entered against both Plaintiff and Defendant by the City ofLakeland in a case where both Plaintiff and Defendant Atheists of Florida sued the cityunsuccessfully in a section 1983 action.

3 WACHS further seeks monetary damages against the Defendants for harming her creditand losing the ability to refinance her house.
