This suit is designed to meet the needs of HART (Hazardous Area Response Teams), SORT (Special Operations Response Teams) and other similar specialist teams, and its specification conforms to Department of Health guidelines on PPE for working in hazardous areas. It is easily identifiable on scene, from both its green outer shell and its distinctive triple trim reflective.
The jacket and trouser can be zipped together, giving the added flexibility of a 1 or 2 piece system, while its membrane provides protection against rain, oil spillages and blood borne pathogens.
The suit can also be supplied with a fixed or detachable liner.
Jacket • Radio and torch fittings• Adjustable cuff tabs• Zipped front with catch flap over• Articulated sleeves with vented underarm panels• Underarm gusset for greater ease of movement• Zip to attach trouser• Quilted foam elbow padding with kevlar
Trouser• Velcro fly• Adjustable ankle with zip in back leg for easier
fit over footwear• ‘H’ style braces for added comfort• 2 piece back for greater ease of movement• Quilted foam knee pads with articulated knee for
enhanced comfort and abrasion protection• 2 patch pockets
