AMBP has two guest room categories; premium and economy, and they’re suitable to fit one to four beds and are available for short and long-term leasing depending on the tenant’s specific requirements. All tenants have access to the delicious dining options, state of the art fitness center and recreation facilities.

Green House
The greenhouse at AMBP was set up in 2020 in line with our commitment to embrace environmentally sustainable practices in all of our business operations. This is the first of many more greenhouses to come that will be enough to cover a significant portion of our properties’ fresh produce needs.
Greenhouses complement our installed drip irrigation and can propel our sustainability efforts by increasing yields while consuming fewer resources. Did you know that greenhouses produce 6 to 10 times the yield of comparable open fields.
SELF SUFFICIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY
On Site Power Generators
AMBP has substantial on-site power generation capabilities, which provides an essential redundancy to power provided by local electric utilities.
Our Burjessia camp is equipped with a power generator of 5,250 KVA and a national grid of 2500 KVA, and our North Rumaila camp has a power generator of 5,250 KVA. This provides a dual source of energy, ensuring that our business park operations and services are never disrupted due to power outages.

RO Water System
Out of our commitment to provide the highest quality services to our residents at AMBP, our Burjessia and North Rumaileh properties are each equipped with a RO water system with a capacity of 20 m3/h.
A reverse osmosis (RO) systems pre filters water before it forces it through a semipermeable membrane to remove dissolved solids. RO systems have various pre filter and post filter stages, which remove unwanted fluoride, salt, sediment, chlorine, arsenic, herbicides and pesticides, amongst many other contaminants.
SELF SUFFICIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY
Cold Storages
We recently expanded our service offerings with two cold stores at AMBP Burjessia. Both stores come with a total size of 2,600 sqm including an -18.0 C freezer, a 5 C chiller and +20 C dry storage units. Cold stores can keep fruits and vegetables at the correct temperature while controlling the moisture level to help extend the life of fresh produce and other perishable goods for the time of their intended use.
