1. Modernization of COMELEC ITD.2. Early preparation, thorough scrutiny / process simulation & timely release of

General Instructions for BEIs including the Random Manual Audit involving DepEd personnel in the training process.

3. Clustering of precincts limited to 600 voters per precinct.4. Cleansing, systematizing & synchronizing of CVLs.5. Inventory, maintenance and “fitness testing & re-testing” of PCOS machines.6. Inventory of CF Cards and replacements.7. Improved accessibility for PWDs and senior citizens in voting centers.8. Close and thorough scrutiny in screening of candidates

Moving Forward

PPCRV ...

1. Institutionalize Citizenship & Voters Education in formal curriculum for primary and secondary education.

2. Build political awareness among the Youth through the PPCRV CHAMP Campus.

3. Continue to push forward Values Formation for a Transformed Society through the CHAMP Program on Responsible Citizenship to CHAMP Campuses, Communities and Corporations.

4. Create a simple mechanism where citizens and the youth are encouraged to monitor good governance in their communities (barangays & cities) as part of PPCRV’s FOLLOW YOUR VOTE initiative.

Voters EducationThe well being of future generations is tied not only to a just constitution but also to the moral quality of each individual.

Volunteers MobilizationThe gathering of people responsible for one another, one nation that goes forth without hesitation to proclaim the joy of CHAMP elections, the triumph of good over evil.

Visionary CoordinationReform not only structures but, principally, the lives and choices of people . . . so that the accelerated movement of people and ideas might be expected to foster cooperation rather than conflict, mutual understanding rather than mutual suspicion.

EXTRAVAGANT HOPE: CREATING NEW REALITIES

Transformation in our ability to talk, think, and act together
