Procuring AWS for Research Projects

Option 1 : Small Value Purchasea. AWS account is tied to a credit card. User will request for reimbursement from finance.b. User can request to converted payment from credit card to invoice* The invoice can be emailed to the

school/department finance. Finance will make the payment to AWS via TT/Check

Option 2 : via IDA bulk tender IDA-1242 This is a pre-agreed pricing released by IDA for all government agencies and education institutions. Procurement can downloading the pre-agreed price list and issue RFQ to the IDA-1242 vendors. AWS services are managed by AsiaPac+ and users can select to procure up-front credits or monthly pay-as-you-use model.

Option 3 : via Open ITT / ITQMinimum of 3 quotations will be required. AWS resellers will respond to the ITT/ITQ. Users can select to procure up-front credits or monthly pay-as-you-use model.
