BONDS DEALINGOur bond dealing desk offers investors access to fixed income securities such as T-bills, T-bonds, and Corporate bonds issued in the primary market and subsequently trading in the secondary market.

Our bond dealers will execute your instructions at the best prices based on liquidity, market conditions and delivery value to fixed income investors through regular insight on interest rates movements and market sentiment as well as first class execution of trades.

FINANCIAL ADVISORYOur Corporate Finance practice has built expertise and a track record of experience spanning over 18 years in the areas of structured finance, corporatere structuring, M & A advisory and private placement among others. As a member of the Mozambique Securities Exchange, ACB’s strength lies in its ability to act as a financial advisor, placement agent and/or sponsoring stock broker for companies raising capital through the main market.

OUR TEAM

JOAQUIM BAZARFounder / Managing Partner

With over 18 years of professional experience, most of it in the banking sector including fund management and investment banking. Bazar has wide experience in strategy, finance and relationship banking. His vast knowledge of the Mozambican business landscape coupled with his passion for providing holistic solutions to our clients’ projects, enables him to bring unique perspectives to capital projects. Bazar graduated in Financial Management and post-graduation in Management, Business and Leadership.

ALLEN DO ROSÁRIORisk & Control Officer / Data Analyst

Allen joined ACB in July 2019 and he provides hands-on development of risk models involving operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively, and provide research and analytical support. Allen has excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes. He is also well – versed in analytical skills and with an eye for detail, commercial awareness, numerical skills, planning and organisational skills, ability to understand broader business issues and communication and presentation skills.

RENATA DOS SANTOSInstitutional, Retail and Fixed Income Trader

Renata joined ACB in March 2019 and is responsible for advising clients on the viable investment opportunities, evaluating their needs and expectations and striving to meet them, monitoring market conditions by liaising with the research department, efficient and timely execution of clients’ orders and organizing promotional campaigns to targeted groups with a view of increasing ACB market share and awareness. She is also responsible for accurately evaluating financial reports, managing clients’ investment portfolios, staying abreast with the latest financial news, providing regular updates to clients regarding the status of their investment portfolios, informing clients of new investment opportunities within the stock market, sourcing new clients through networking, cold calling and accordingly making changes in investment strategies based on market conditions.
