Sometimes people stand out immediately and leave a lasting mark on you . Eliana Alvarez is one of those people who impact you from the very moment you meet her. From her work ethic to desire to help her team mates, Eliana stands heads and shoulders above her contemporaries and those who are years ahead of her in experience. I know Eliana through her work as an intern with our organization during Fall of 2015. Her internship ran from September 4th , 2015 through December 18th, 2015, working a total of 10 hours per week. Eliana accomplishes tasks with a fervor that is rarely seen anymore. Her passion for her work is crystal clear regardless of the level of the task. No matter what, it is clear that giving 100% is her only option and its one she chooses exclusively. As a Business Consultant Intern, I have admired her dedication, commitment to her squad and level of energy in ensuring that the projects assigned to her are completed promptly.

Eliana will succeed at whatever she puts her mind to. Any organization would be lucky to be considering her as part of their team. She will not only elevate the discourse at your company, but will lead her peers both intellectually and academically. Her success is all but guaranteed.
