Alu-Phonic 25 M0 / M0acoustic semi-rigid duct
➤ advantages• Phonic attenuation.
• Reducing of the condensation and the heat losses.
• Possibility of building around the duct.
➤ range• Diameters : 100 to 400 mm.
➤ application• Installation of hot water, ventilation, air conditioning and CMV.
➤ construction / composition• Microperforated semi-rigid aluminium interior duct.
• Glasswool mattress (thickness : 25 mm, density : 16 kg/m3).
• Steam barrier.
➤ packaging• Length of 3 m not compressed.
➤ specifications• The valves will be connected to the main network by a circular
semi-rigid duct in microperforated aluminium, phonically isolated by 25 mm of glasswool with exterior semi-rigid aluminium coating.
• The semi-rigid duct will have fire grading M0/M0.
• Type Alu-Phonic, France Air brand.
• The ducts must be cut with a metal saw or with a sharp blade.• Use a male-male connection (RM) for assembly of 2 lengths.• Ensure airtightness between the interior duct and the connection with a Alu Butyl, Fib-Air® or sheeted FA 52 strip.• Push the glasswool a few centimeters back.• Tighten the exterior duct and ensure the airtightness with an aluminium strip Fib-Air®, then complete with flat collar Multidiam or Monofil.
