Alternative Resources Company (ARC) was established in 1990 by
Debra Pohl, an accomplished Recruiter in the industry for over twenty
six years. ARC assists pharmaceutical companies with staffing
positions from Discovery to Commercialization.
As a boutique firm of professionals specializing in the
pharmaceutical industry our experienced Recruiters and staff provide
clients with highly qualified candidates. Our candidates are primarily
sourced through target recruiting typically reserved by most
companies exclusively for retained search projects only. All research
is done in house by Research Assistants and Recruiters together.
