The Altec Dirt Sling is a flat “blanket” that is made of heavy duty 22 oz. vinyl and strengthened with heavy duty 2” web-bing sewn around the edges. This tarp, which attaches to winches, acts as a sling and makes filling in dirt around poles, transporting crushed rock, sand, dirt, wet cement, etc. quickly and simply. The dirt sling maintains clean work areas and transport vehicles. Tools and other materials will be easy to find when used as a blanket, as it will sit atop weeds, grass, mud, or snow. When a job is incomplete, dirt can be transported from the worksite to a dry area to be replaced when the job is finished.

As a safety device, the dirt sling reduces injuries by elimi-nating the demanding forces associated with physical labor and repetitive movements. This innovative sling essentially does the work for you and makes the job cleaner, easier, safer, and much more productive.
