Council is held on Friday and Saturday (9am to 5pm), and Sunday (9am to 3pm) Where? Room of the Emily Macpherson Building at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Dress code Council attire ranges from smart casual to business. The weather in Melbourne is notoriously unpredictable so ensure that you dress appropriately. All lunches, morning teas and afternoon teas are provided for on Council days (Friday to Sunday). On Friday night, dinner is covered! Dinner on Saturday night can be purchased from the White Night stalls, or feel free to buy some beforehand. Please note that Councilors will need to buy their own food during Pre- Council (Thursday).
