ALSA BOOK BAZAAR 21-22 SEPTEMBER 2015

Book Bazaar event by Law Society is one of their main event which takes place in the

early month of every new semester. This event takes place in our Law Faculty where many

vendors from outside are invited to open their booth here. Other than the vendors Law

Society provides one booth for every internal clubs. !nternal clubs are allowed to sell foods

and bevera"es. They may also sell their club t#shirts and other thin"s. By "ivin" a booth to

other clubs they can raise funds as well as promote their clubs to $uniors. %ecruitments for

new members always take place in the event as it is an easy access for the $uniors to "et

information about the internal clubs.

&.Like in the previous semesters 'LS' takes this as an opportunity to raise club funds by

sellin" food and bevera"e. This time (ur (adzirah Binti )ohd *usof became the +ro"ram

,irector. She came out with so many ideas in pursuant to the Superhero theme for the

decoration of the booth. The members of 'LS' -iT) were "iven the responsibility to

mana"e the booth as well as preparin" on what to sell on that particular day.

.The event was held on &1#&& September from / am to 0 pm !t was an on "oin" event

however the members took turn in takin" care of the booth as some may have classes and

some may not. The hi"h committees of 'LS' -iT) were not bein" "iven any direct task

but they were there at the booth to help and support the $uniors.

.'ccordin" to our treasurer (ur %aida Binti )ohamad %adzi the profit from the Book

Bazaar was impressive and a lot more than the previous book bazaar. The $uniors were

"reat at decidin" menu. 2ith the "ood menu a lot of people came to our booth. Some of

them even came to buy our food and drinks twice in a day. The best seller foods and drinks

from our booth are the Strawberry 3ream +uff %ibena Frizz and Sausa"e %oll .

4. To make a different this time 'LS' distributed free Fried 3empedak to the

lecturers as the symbol of appreciation for teachin" us .
