DESCRIPTION

In this report, authored in October 2010, Tom Cahill, a tireless fighter for justice, following discovering that he had become a victim of the initial phase of the Ponzi scheme, namely ALPIL (Aston Lloyd & Partners International Limited), clearly explains how all of the Ponzi scheme's subsidiary companies were part of the fraud construct, and served no other purpose than to confuse buyers.Tom sets it all out and puts irrefutable evidence in support of this in the report. This angers the police as they know he knows what their plans are before they've made them.ALPonz sells things that don't turn out to exist, but the police do nothing, solicitors assist by bringing ridiculous cases against them that can never go anywhere, orchestrated by the criminals who they are in league with. The police refuse to link the issues as one fraud, thus choosing to focus on irrelevant 'road to nowhere' aspects that can't stand up in court. They sit on evidence and refuse to give any details, thus running down statutory time-scales for data retention (6 years), allowing the evidence to be destroyed, allowing the criminals to go free.Aston Lloyd made use of their obvious Freemason connections, and were totally confident that their fellow Freemasons in the police, legal industry, regulatory and insolvency institutions would support them in their endeavors.Tom knew that all of this was a prerequisite for such obvious criminal activity to flourish, and accepted that he would become a victim of Masonic attacks, as well as having a knowledge of what their modus operandi is and what order it is carried out in:1. Cover Up2. Fit Up3. Direct Action (also to terrorize any future victims who have followed the developments)1. Cover Up1.1. Police lying and obfuscation1.2. reluctance to take info.1.3. ridicule and defamation of witnesses and victims1.4. veiled threats to those who bring the stark realities to their attention that they will get in trouble if they make such allegations (even when these are robustly documented in the criminals' own written words)1.5. constant passing of case from one Freemason to another, to promote a concept of plausible deniability and a host of excuses for any inaction. This also allows the criminal offence of "Tipping Off" to seem like an accident, so all guilty parties are forewarned that the cover up has become necessary and how they intend to handle it2. Fit Up2.1. Non too subtle intimidation by the police in threatening those who have the issues clearly illustrated and are lucid in their ability to make a case for mass arrests of all concerned. Malicious criminal allegations by the criminals in the legal profession and by the police who are in leauge with them.Richard Slade and Timothy Lawson Cruttenden take actions to make both criminal and civil actions to silence Tom Cahill. They say he's harassed Slade by reporting his alleged retention of witness statements against the criminals to the police. This, clearly exempted under the Protection from Harassment Act are none the less now a top priority of the Metropolitan Police, who refuse to consider the subject matter of Tom's allegations that Slade has been ransoming witness statements. The police, followed by numerous gaffs by their idiot detective's DC Andrew Fischer and Barron, all of a sudden drop the alleged investigation. This is very strange, as harassment's a course of conduct, so the complaints don't get shut and certainly not when there's a civil case which is running side by side. Strange until you realize that the police take their instructions from civilian Freemasons Richard Slade \and Timothy Lawson Cruttenden. The way Tom explains it is that they can't have a police investigation coming to nothing as the standard of evidence whilst higher, means that the evidence of the criminal ransoming of witness statements would come to light. You see, as it turns out the witness statements don't even exist and Slad
