Aloha Amenity FAQ:How do I request my booking incentive?Visit us Online at www.starwoodhawaii.com/agents to submit your Aloha Amenity request and fill in the “Promotion Code” field on the form with your incentive promotion code choice.

Where do I input my Starwood Preferred Guest® number for my incentive?On the online Aloha Amenity form, if you select the TSPG code in the Promotion Code drop down box, a field will open up asking for your SPG#. Please input the SPG# you would like your incentive to go into.

Do I need to fill out a W-9 form to receive my TCASH incentive?If you have not filled out a W-9 form for the property you are receiving an Incentive from, you will need to fill out and submit one. TCASH incentive is not applicable to International Travel Professionals.

What if I forgot my SPG® number, or do not have one?You can contact the Starwood Preferred Guest® Desk toll free at 1-888-625-4988. The SPG® Desk can also assist in checking your Starpoint® balance, making reservations based on Starpoints®, etc.

Do my clients still receive the Aloha Amenity if the minimum length of stay requirement is not met?Yes. The Four (4) night minimum stay requirement is only for the Incentive portion of the Aloha Amenity program.

How long will it take to receive my Incentive?Please allow up to 8 weeks after your clients depart from our property to receive your incentive check or Starpoints®.
