FESTIVE DINING POLICIESADVANCE RESERVATIONSDue to high demand for restaurant reservations during the festive season, we encourage you to make reservations prior to your arrival. Please be aware that if no reservations are made in advance, reservation times will be limited.

NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICYOur festive dining policy is in effect from Wednesday, December 19, 2018, to Tuesday, January 1, 2019. For any reservation that is cancelled within four hours of the reservation time or if the party does not show for the reservation, a USD 50 per person fee will apply. All reservations will be released 15 minutes after the reserved time if the party does not arrive. Reservations are designated a two-hour period from the time of the reservation. Guests taking longer may be relocated to the lounge. The following events will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation if cancelled inside 48 hours and are subject to 100% of the total reservation as a no-show fee: Holiday Luau on December 27 and New Year’s Eve at NOBU LANA'I, ONE FORTY, and Malibu Farm.

WINE POLICY We offer an award-winning wine list that evolves regularly, often based on current trends and guest preferences. If we are not able to acquire your preferred wine from a private collection, vintner or vendor, you may bring that wine into our restaurants. A USD 60 corkage fee is applicable per bottle.

HAWAI’ I STATE LAW – DRINKING AGEHawai’i state law clearly states that no one under the age of 21 may be served alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine and liquor. If an employee is unable to determine the age of a guest requesting an alcoholic beverage, a legal form of photo identification will be requested. Identification must be presented prior to beverage service.

HAWAI’ I STATE LAW – SMOKING POLICYIn accordance with Hawai’i state law, Four Seasons Resort Lana'i¯ offers a smoke-free hotel stay. Kindly use our designated smoking area.

LARGE PARTIESDue to space considerations, we will not be able to honor all requests for large tables. Parties larger than eight guests may be seated at separate tables. Please note that all reservations will be released 15 minutes after the reserved time if the entire confirmed party does not show and a no-show/cancellation fee will apply. For families dining together, please provide the names of all family members to avoid double bookings.

KEIKI DININGAll restaurants and In-Room Dining offer children’s menus, high chairs and tabletop toys. High chairs for In-Room Dining may be co-ordinated through our housekeeping department. Kids age 5 and under eat free from Keiki menus at dining venues (excluding In-Room Dining, the pool and beach) when accompanied by a paying adult.

Expecting mothers in the first trimester are able to enjoy facials and salon services, while those in the second or third trimesters may also enjoy pre-natal massage. Guests of Four Seasons Resort Lana‘i ¯ traveling through Honolulu’s airport earn complimentary entry to our exclusive Luxury Guest Lounge, a spacious and quiet retreat offering food and beverage services, entertainment and Wi-Fi access.

Air Service Hawai‘i offers FBO operations at Lana‘i ¯ Airport including jet refueling, planeside access, catering and more.

FERRYThe Expeditions passenger ferry offers daily services between Lahaina, Maui and the

-Manele Small Boat Harbor on Lana‘i. ¯ The scenic ferry ride is 45 minutes, and there are five round-trip ferries throughout the day. Private transfers via charter boat available.

CHARTERED BOAT TRANSFERFor your inter-island transfer or for a day trip to Maui, you may charter Kalulu, a 39-foot rigid-inflatable boat (RIB) previously used as a chase boat for the Americas Cup. Accommodating up to six passengers, the transfer may be as quick as 20 minutes or take 90 minutes or more, if whale watching or sightseeing is on your agenda.

ARRIVAL TRANSFERSFour Seasons luxury shared-shuttle island transportation is included with all guest room and suite reservations. This includes arrival and departure transfers, inter-island shuttles, and activity and golf shuttles to and from the Resort. Reservations booked in an Ohana Suite or higher will receive upgraded arrival and departure transfers to our private luxury Mercedes SUV.*

*Guests arriving via private chartered flights, helicopters, or chartered boat must arrange transportation in advance. Fees based on room booking apply.

RESORT RENTAL FLEETLet our Lana'i Ambassadors assist you in booking a 4x4 vehicle from our Four Seasons rental fleet, giving you the freedom to explore our 90,000-acre (36,422-hectare) island destination. Remember that only 30 miles (48 kilometers) of our island’s roads are paved, so for serious exploring, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is the best option.

Jeep Wranglers: Rental periods include a one-time full tank of gas, taxes and fees, and do not include insurance. Guest must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

RESORT SHUTTLESComplimentary resort shuttles to Lana‘i ¯ City are available; check with Ambassador Desk for reservations and shuttle schedules.
