1. Method of Preparation:

Feel and contemplate the meaning of the 15 + 1 concepts of The Equation for Bringing all Tones of Existence into a Unified Field. Feel how each concept addedto another jointly creates a new combined concept. Place the concepts next towhere you will be lying for the ceremony. Prepare some music for achieving ameditative state prior and during the ceremony.

2. The Center Stack:

Create a stack to place under your back as you lie in a meditative state during the ceremony (behind the navel).
