The commercial exhibition area where participating companies will be able to present their products will be at the Europa Convention and Exhibition Centre itself. A plan drawing of the Commercial Exhibition area is attached as Annex I. STAND PRICES AND ALLOCATION CONDITIONS

Surveillance will be provided on 12, 13 and 14 June 2019 from 18:00 to

09:00 hours.

RULES FOR ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF STANDS

You will be notified of the regulations for assembly/dismantling of stands shortly.

CONDITIONS

1. The stand allocation conditions signed with the Asociación Española de Ensayos No Destructivos shall prevail for all legal purposes.

2. The Europa Convention and Exhibition Centre nor its personnel shall not be available to assist the assembly or transport agencies, which must perform all the work involved using their own resources.

3. The Spanish Association of Nondestructive Testing and the Europa Convention Centre will only accept the interlocutor identified in the company’s file as the person responsible for changes or modifications in the arrangement of the stand. For the purposes of requests of this nature, no other person shall be accepted as the exhibitor’s representative.

4. The exhibitor shall respect the operating, safety, security and environment‐related rules set by

the Europa Convention and Exhibition Centre.

5. The Europa Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Spanish Society for Nondestructive Testing decline all responsibility for the security of packages once placed in the interior of the building.

6. All prices quoted in this Manual are net of VAT (21%).

ANNEX III

BASIC COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION STAND MODULE

- 6m2 modular stand (3 x 2 length/depth). - Lighting - Power socket - Front signage with standard font - Modular flooring - Aluminium structure - Straight 0.42 m white frontal panel and framing in white lacquered aluminium

profiles. - Signage: Will consist of a vinyl cut-out sign for each stand (maximum of 20

characters) and two numbers. Font: Helvetica in white vinyl with a height of 10 cm for the brand name.
