Course Admission Fees Mess ChargesMBBS Rs. 5, 856/- Rs. 16, 200/- (@ Rs. 2,700/- Per month for six months)

This is to be paid twice a year i.e. on or before 25th of December& June for six months in advance for entire duration of thecourse including Internship.

B.Sc (H) Nursing Rs. 3, 165/-

B.Sc (H) Paramedical Rs. 5, 000/-

All the students (MBBS, B.Sc Nursing & B.Sc Paramedical courses) are advised to get an X-Ray chest PAview as well as test Blood Sugar, Urine Analysis, Blood Group & RH factor done from a well-knownlaboratory before reporting at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.(All these tests should be done after 21st July 2018 and before 04th August 2018)

All the students (MBBS, B.Sc Nursing & B.Sc Paramedical courses) are advised to properly fill up theCANDIDATE INFORMATION SHEET (attached) before reporting at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar including Parentsdetails Mobile /Phone No., Email ID, Local Guardian / Guardian from Near by State for any immediateinformation in case of urgency).

You are required to bring the following certificates and documents in original at the time of joining:(if not submitted)a. Certificate of having passed the 10+2 or equivalent examinations, showing the subjects offered by you

in the examination.b. Date of birth Certificate / Certificates from the board from which you passed the high school / higher

secondary examination showing your date of birth.c. Certificates / Mark sheet from the Board from which you passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination.d. Migration certificate from the University / Board last attended by you.e. Certificate from the Competent Authority on the prescribed form as per the prospectus showing that

you belong to Schedule Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/Orthopaedic Physically Handicapped Category(Applicable only if have claimed in your application that you belong to Scheduled Cate/ScheduledTribe/ Orthopaedic Physically Handicapped Category).

f. Declaration of the Candidates with regard to Other Backward Class and Creamy Layers (Applicableonly if you claimed in your application that you belong to other Backward Classes (OBC).

g. Current Passport size photograph (front pose) 5 copies.h. Allotment letter in original issued from Counselling at AIIMS, New Delhi.i. 2 (two) sets of photocopy of the above documents attested by the Gazetted Officers.j. AIIMS, New Delhi admit card and rank card.k. X-Ray chest PA view as well as test reports of Blood Sugar, Urine Analysis, Blood Group & RH factor

Students are advised to bring /arrange following useful items of their own to ensure a comfortablestay:

a. Utensils like water jug, tumbler/jar, plastic bucketb. Two locks (One each for the main door and the almirah).
