Slide 9 Slide 10 Plan of Action: Steps will be taken in the following procedure to ensure all steps forward are well supported by current staff before taking new action. Slide 11 1.The immediate action will be conferring with current administration and head of staff. Since all departments will require new staff, each needs to be reviewed and evaluated for efficiency and acquaintance with procedures. Current work performance, attendance, and any advancements will be revised to be considered for replacement of job description. Ads requesting new personnel for all departments will commence. 2.All reviews will be submitted and departments reorganized. New promotions to any upper level will be completed and count of new employment needs recognized. Each department will have a manager and assistant manager in training. Applications for new hires will be revised by current department manager. Slide 12 3. New management will start training. Count of new hires will be considered and budget will be calculated and completed. Interviews for new hires will commence. 4. First group of new hires will start training. New management will complete training. Applications will continue to be revised. 5. First group of new trainees will complete training and probationary period will start. Applications will continue to be revised. Review of department efficiency will be completed. Any issues will be brought to attention. Second group of new hires/trainees will commence training. Slide 13 6. New management will be evaluated for job competency and understanding. All, if any, department issues will be accessed. Applications will continue to be revised. Second group of new trainees will complete training and probationary period will start. Third group of new hires/trainees will commence training. 7. First group of new trainees will complete probationary period and continue to intended position. Third group of new trainees will commence probationary period. Fourth group will commence training. Applications will continue to be revised. 8. Second group of new trainees will complete probationary period and continue to intended position. Fourth group of new trainees will commence probationary period. Fifth group will commence training. Applications will continue to be revised. Department reviews will be complete. Slide 14 9.Third group of new trainees will complete probationary period and continue to intended position. Fifth group of new trainees will commence probationary period. Sixth group will commence training. 10. Fourth group of new trainees will complete probationary period and continue to intended position. Sixth group of new trainees will commence probationary period. Department evaluations will be reviewed. 11. Fifth group of new trainees will complete probationary period and continue to intended position. All, if any, department issues will be assessed. 12. Sixth group of new trainees will commence probationary period. Individual departments will continue to reviewing any/all concerns and determine any/all weaknesses. Slide 15 13. Confer with all departments to complete entire company progress report and address any comments or requests. Slide 16 The project will call for thirteen weeks of consulting involving personal assistance for an investment of $11,000 with travel expenses billed at cost.
