The Board of Education and our District Leadership Team have worked hard to ensure the items in this project will support our mission to provide our students with access and opportunities for a well-rounded school experience. We understand that our school facilities serve an important role to our community as a place where families and townspeople come together. Over time, items need to be replaced, repaired, or upgraded to meet the many needs of our students, families, and community members.

COURTYARD: • REMOVE (2) TREES IN THEIR ENTIRETY.• REMOVE CONCRETE PAVERS AND PARTIAL WALL.• LANDSCAPE ENTIRE COURTYARD WITH NEW SHRUBS, TREES, GRASS AND HARD
SURFACING.• PROVIDE RUBBER SURFACING WITH TIER SEATING FOR CLASSROOM SETTINGS IN

LOCKER ROOMS: • RENOVATE LOCKER ROOMS OFF GYMNASIUM FOR USE DURING MODIFIED GAMES
AND OTHER TEAM NEEDS, ALSO LOCATION FOR PE CHANGING AS NEEDED.
KITCHEN/CAFETERIA: • REMOVE EXISTING STOVE AND PROVIDE A NEW 4 BURNER STOVE.• REWORK EMERGENCY GAS SHUT OFF.• ADJUST SERVING LINE BY ANOTHER 5'-0". REMOVE CENTER WALLS BY MILK. PROVIDE
DUAL SIDED CASE FOR ICE CREAM AND MILK.• PROVIDE A/C TO KITCHEN/CAFE AREA.
LIBRARY: • UPGRADE CARPET AND PAINT COLORS.• PROVIDE THEMING.
HVAC: • REPLACE EXISTING CLASSROOM UV's WITH ROOF TOP UNITS WITH A/C.• PROVIDE ISOLATION VALVES AT HEATING SYSTEM TO ALLOW FOR MAINTENANCE ON
