Hi! My name is Zachary.I have hemophilia.

This means sometimes whenI get an ouchie my mom

gives me special medicine,called factor, to make it better.We call this my medicine time.

This morning, while I wasplaying with my dog, I fell and

now I have an ouchie on myelbow. My mom is going to get

my medicine ready now.Why don’t you help us . . .

First, mom needs to get thefactor. Can you help us find

the box of factor?

Next, mom mixes the factorand puts it in the syringe.

Can you count three syringes?

I get my medicine through aspecial tube in my chest.Other people get their

medicine in different ways,like through their arm.

Can you find the picture ofmy chest and arms?

Now I need to get a pillow tolay on and a video to watchwhile my mom gives me mymedicine. Can you help me

find a video tape and a pillow?

Now my medicine time isdone and my elbow is feeling

better. Can you find thehappy face that says I’m

better?
