Greetings, friends!
We are happy to invite you to another round of fun and exciting games at the 3rd Manila Invitational Underwater Hockey Tournament on November 20 to 23, 2014, Thursday to Sunday, at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Pablo Ocampo Street Malate, Manila, Philippines. Rizal pool has two playing fields (20x50m) at 2m depth, and a warm-up area on one side.
MI 2014 is a four-day tournament open to all skill levels with three divisions: Mixed, Men and Women. Please mark on your online registration which division/s you wish to participate in. Team managers may register and pay for their members as a group.
Mixed division Players form own team (see annex A). Those coming solo are advised to register early so we can assist you in finding a team.
Men/Women division Players will be drafted by the organizers to form equal teams (annex A). Nation reps will be consulted for leveling.
Referees Deck (1) and water (1) referees will come from the team roster and will be assigned by the captain. Tournament fee
Tournament fee per player is PhP 5,000.00 (US$ 120.00) and allows the participant to join one or two divisions. It includes use of pool, souvenir shirt and a memorable awards banquet on the evening of November 23. Deadline of individual registrations with full payment is on August 31, 2014. Fees must be paid in Philippine Peso. Please notify the secretariat of your payment so that we can confirm receipt.
Late fee: PhP 6,000.00 (US$ 140.00) – for payments received from September 1, 2014 onward Refund: A 100% refund is offered for registrations cancelled on or before August 31, 2014. Refund requests submitted beyond this date will not be entertained. Registration fees are transferable to other players but a late penalty fee of PhP 1,000 will be collected if change is made starting Sept 1.
