All Souls Sunday 1st November

In these strange times we know it is especially difficult for those who are grieving a loved one, whether recently or many years ago.

So it is even more important that we take time to remember those we love but see no longer, and we believe that God will offer us comfort

and strength and hope. Sadly we are unable to invite you to come to church for an 'All Souls' service of remembering but we want to let you know that on Sunday

1st November we will be praying for you and your loved ones. There will be an online service of reflection and remembering on the Team website www.valeofpewsey.org, and St John's Pewsey will be open

from 12 to 4pm where there will be the opportunity to light a candle and to speak and pray with someone.

Brother Samuel SSF

We are very pleased that Brother Sam, from the Franciscans, will be ‘in the deanery’ for the first week of Advent (from 29th November) Mostly through virtual means, he will be leading us for the week with daily reflections and zoom meetings, giving us all encouragement and hope in this long Covid winter. Watch this space for further details
